Shipping

We offer free delivery within the UK on all orders over £10. Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank-holidays) will be sent out that day with an exception during busy periods.

Standard delivery, including free delivery is via Royal Mail 2nd Class. This service provides 2–3 working day delivery, including Saturdays.

We also offer Royal Mail 1st Class delivery for UK customers. This service aims to deliver the next working day including Saturdays.

For international orders, we use Royal Mail’s International Standard service. This provides delivery to Europe in 3 to 5 working days and delivery to rest of the world in 5 to 7 working days.

Returns

We’re confident that you will love our products as much as we do but we understand you may change your mind. If you do need to return an item, you can request a return by sending an email to returns@fickaskap.com quoting your order number and which items you wish to return. UK mainland returns are free of charge and we use Royal Mail Tracked Returns Service to make this process as hassle free as possible for you. Please contact us for international returns as additional fees may be required.

14 Day Money Back Guarantee

We understand that sometimes you change your mind and you want to return an item. You can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 14 days following the day after you receive your item. The item must not be used and must be ‘as new’ when returned to us. Once you’ve informed us that you wish to return your item, you have 30 days to return it to us. Once we have received the item, we’ll issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method.

Faulty/Defective Items

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method.
